FlaveAir Case

This is a case for a FlaveAir Stick. The stick has approximately the size of a normal cigarette (Diameter: 8,9 mm, Length: 85 mm). The hinge is connected with a piece of filament (1.75 mm). There are two options for a looser and tighter clearance of filament insert hole of the hinge. In my case the tighter version works perfectly, but depending on your printer tolerances maybe the looser version is a better option. I have used PETG but any other material like PLA, ABS, ASA,…. should work as well. Layer height: 0.2 mmNozzle: 0.4 mmInfill: 5%, gyroidNo supports needed Speed is reduced due to better print quality for PETG, but you can adjust it to your favorite settings. I also reduced the line width of the top surfaces to 0.3 mm and reduced the velocity for the top surface to 30 mm because it gives me a smoother finish.
