Flight Helmet Face Shield Adapter

A Careflight nurse found our local Face shield group and expressed a need for a face shield that would fit on his flight helmet. Within about 2 days we were able to do a handful of design iterations, print them, and get a working prototype to him. Next we have to print enough to give to everyone else in his flight crew and then share this around for flight crews around the country to use. We have also designed a version to fit an Alpha Flight Helmet NVG mount called The Bowshock. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4327436

Update: there is now a version 2 of the file with a cotter pin on one side as extra protection under rotor wash.

For the face sheet it uses the same spacing as the files from this link and we use the US_6_Hole_Template_by_Joel_Telling version: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/
