Floyd Pepper

I wasn't intending to do up a Floyd since I already have a nice Palisades figure, but my OCD took over and it bugged me that he wasn't up here. Looking at the body, I realized I could still re-use that same Shaggy body I've been using for Zoot and Lips. I sliced the middle to pull it out a bit and create the band uniform seam, then added buttons epaulets and knots.

Floyd's head is tricky. It's in the placement of those eyes - the way they are actually set up above the hairline and are in fact a bit taller than the head itself. I swiped Scruffy's hat off of Beauregard to top it off and then used my go to pigtails from Tani modle for tufts of hair to make eyebrows and the pony tail.

Speaking of pony tails, I swiped one off of an MLP Derpy to create his handlebar mustaches. User plenet has created a BUNCH of MLP ponies and it gave me a great variety to choose from.
