Flying Polyp

"the basis of the fear was a horrible elder race of half-polypous, utterly alien entities which had come through space from immeasurably distant universes and had dominated the earth and three other solar planets about 600 million years ago."

I sculpted this based on The Shadow out of Time by H.P. Lovecraft. How I envisioned his flying polyps based on the writing. I'm thinking about doing the Great race of Yith next for a possible free Lovecraftian wargame I might make.

The teeth sometimes get pulled out with supports, so I tend to glue chunks of discarded filament in cut up to make extra teeth. I also might add another variant or two of this and ones higher above the base. This one is only slightly raised off the base.
