Flying ring with profile and dimensions similar to the Aerobie Pro.
It's fairly customizable. A 100mm diameter ring with 20mm wing chord works well indoors, for instance.
Ideally, print in ABS for flexibility. It's also a pretty good idea to increase the width of the bottom layer extrusion even more than usual so the outer perimeters don't come off.
