A very simple but effective and stable book stand or folder stand.
I use it to put sheet music in a Leitz folder on top of the piano.
But of course it can work as well with other hard covers with a thickness of about 3mm.
The OpenSCAD design may be adapted to your needs and is available as pedestalA() in

The stands are designed such, that the center of gravity shall be at the center of the baseline for maximum steadiness.
Print two instances, one mirrored.
