FPV Quadcopter

Ducted fan FPV quadcopter based on BETAFPV F3/F4 Brushed Flight Controller with 26mm mounting hole pattern. This design uses 8.5x20mm motors. FPV camera is a Wolfwhoop WT05 Micro.

Printed with PETG. PLA may be too brittle and will likely not survive a crash. YMMV.

Camera mount, riser and body are held together with (4) 2mm screws that go in from the top and thread directly into the body. Motors are press fit to body and fan ducts.

Flight control board is installed between main body and camera riser. I used tiny rubber grommets between the board and mounting screws, but these may be unnecessary.

Battery is held below by a plain old rubber band wrapped around the two tabs protruding from the body.

Props are 40mm diameter with 1mm shaft press fit. 4 blade props may be a better choice. The three bladed ones I have on here are a little underpowered for these large motors.
