I made this jig to fit parts I already had on hand. I will include the links to the parts you would need to complete your own version or feel free to modify it as necessary.
The router base was designed to fit a Porter Cable 6430 Trim Router. You will need to print two bearing / frame clamps and also two radius blocks. I attached them to the frame with double sided tape. the fretboard radius can be changed by altering the radius of these blocks.
Shaft Support x 4 https://www.mcmaster.com/1865K4/
Bearings x 4 https://www.mcmaster.com/60355K271/
Linear Rod x 2 https://www.mcmaster.com/6061K151/
Linear Bearings x 2 https://www.mcmaster.com/6064K59/
These bearings are not as long as the ones I used , but should work the same way. You can modify the bearing/frame clamp to fit them
I used 1/4 -20 hardware for the clamps and the bearings.
