This is a nice FT240-31 choke box I use.
It uses panel mount connectors as the rg58 I use cannot support the weight of the box, I have had 3 boxes where the ground broke loose from the connector so I went panel mount so I could use an rg8x jumper to my window panel and it holds up great, also it makes it great to go inline, a lot of antennas it is good to put the choke 25' away from the antenna in the feedline.
Mix 31 should be used for HF chokes.

I suggest you use chrome plated screws, I haven't had them rust yet but the black screws I have had rust in a month, after 6 months one was so bad I had to use pliers to unscrew it.
Infill doesn't matter as the walls are thin enough that infill shouldn't happen.
