Fully Adjustable handle bars

Fully adjustable handle bars - easy to adjust by indexing linkage 22.5 degree increments. weighs 532 grams. Concept design shown is based on a mountain bike style but could be adapted for road and hybrid bikes. The purpose of this design is for different riding positions and styles. Raise the bars for comfort riding, low position for speed. 7 positions are possible. The one obvious draw back is the weight is higher as compared to standard handle bars.
