fullyRoundedCube openscad module

Openscad module that allows easy creation of rounded cubes.
Essentially it works as normal cube operation but takes a radius parameter that chamfers all edges, not just the vertical ones.

Warning: Will be heavier to process than a edges-only type rounding.

Edit: I am so sorry. I renamed the module without checking and forgot it's iterative call. Fixed the file now.

Edit 2: Based on tests on my i7 it is faster than minkowski and scales better with $fn. It only does rounded boxes though...
