GameCube controller port

Work in progress! I am still fine-tuning the dimensions, and figuring out how the contacts will work.
I have test-printed one on an Ultimaker 3 with PLA from a 0.25AA nozzle -- it fits a third-party controller, but not an original controller.
This is part of a project to make an open-source GCN-USB adapter.
