Initial release of my GameCube digital port plug.
A word of warning this part requires extremely fine levels of detail printing, I had to have my prototype produced with a print company.
The pins I used inside this connector are pulled from a PCI connector, you can find them on eBay, they are fairly inexpensive. The pins slide into the connector and require a small amount of force to press into the spot they seat into. You may need to pop the front edge of the pin into the slot at the front of the connector.
A few notes on the design, I am using 0.5mm pins to contact a 1.0mm pad, there really isn't any reason to draw a large amount of current through this port so the thinner pins should not be an issue. The design has not yet been tested with any video replacement solution yet.
