Gate Cutting Machine

This gate cutting machine is designed to trim gates from injection-molded parts. Once the take-out robot transfers the parts from the injection molding machine and places them onto the upper jig, the cutting process begins. The trimmed gates fall into a collection box below, while the jig descends to allow an operator or unloader to remove the finished products.
