Geeetech A10 E3D Mouting Block

This is an alternative mounting setup for the Geeetech A10 mouting block.

I was tired of having to remove the shroud on the A10 to swap nozzles and other things I needed to do to for my machine. I designed this to do away with that and add an element of cable management from the hot end.

I have included the 123Dx file for people to easier remix this should you need something like a Dual extruder.

I've added a "quick mount" version of the E3D Mount. I'm still currently testing to see if the files need any work, so if you make one, please let me know how it came out. Thanks.
