Gemstone Ring

A ring for little fingers. I designed these to fit some plastic gemstones that I had on hand. I'm not sure where the gemstones come from, but possibly from the local arts & crafts store.

File and sand as needed so that the two pieces of the ring interlock snugly and flush. Slide the gemstone between the prongs of the larger piece, and then pass the smaller piece through the ring and rotate its prongs around the gemstone until perpendicular with the first piece and locked in place. The pieces should hold together without glue, as shown in the photo.
