Generative Design Xbox Controller Stand

This is a generative-designed desktop controller stand for an Amazon Basics Xbox One controller. The initial design, generative design, and FEA validation were performed in Fusion 360. Slicing completed in Prusa Slic3r and ultimately I printed a few of these in PLA and PETG. Works well in either material.

The design is very strong. Loading scenarios involved 200N of force in various directions (around 44 pounds). With a safety factor of 2.0, the stand could hold an 88 pound controller without failing.

The generative outcome I chose was optimized for additive manufacturing. Overhang angles are respected in the outcome (for the most part). There a few steeper overhangs, but the Prusa didn't sweat it.
