Goblin jester

He is achievable on a stock ender 3, I used tree supports. The puppet needs to be made bigger though, as do the bells and dangling bits on his hat... works for me though

Jester 1850 is a bit more ender friendly, the front bells are needing work

i tried to use the carve tool to make changes to gobbo2. im far happier with this version, it no longer uses the pointy teeth from toothy monster, instead I "sculpted" some new ones. They look atrocious on the sculpt but they look ok on the ender 3 print. I cleaned up the glove and the puppet a little and made the weaker parts more robust
