guide wire tool

I've created this to assist with laying guide wire down. It uses a ZZ608 bearing (skate board wheel or fidget spinner bearing) in the center of the wheel and a 1.5 inch wooden dowel (closet hanger rod) inserted and glued into the wheel guide. An additional file is included to be used as a wire reel holder (optional) that can be hung from the dowel rod with a coat hanger.
