half sphere hinge

its a hinge for making a pair of 6 inch bowls into an opening sphere.
My grand daughter wanted a world that would open up so I made this so that 2 cheap half sphere plastic picnic bowls could be joined together and could open to reveal her imagined world inside.
print off 2 and use a 3mm rod to join one to the other. (a cocktail stick should work).
this is designed for a 6 inch (150mm) bowl with 2mm thick walls.
