This model is meant for personal self-defense. Your index finger and ring finger are meant to go into the holes and your middle finger can go into the space between the blades. That finger configuration gives you tighter control when you strike your target. These are sharper than I anticipated and sturdy. I'm not sure how they will hold up if they are printed in a different material other than PLA. Please let me know your results if you do. My female co-workers requested that I print up a set in bright colors for better visibility (and possible deterrence). Please use this product responsibly.
