Hand Drum

UPDATED with an additional smaller size, plus a drumstick.

This is sized to fit on an Ultimaker 2 -- 200mm diameter, 50mm deep.

I've also made and tested a version sized at 150mmx50mm. It works great, has a higher pitch than the big one.

You can't scale this file. It will change the wall thickness and or the skin thickness and it won't work right.

Also I've uploaded a nice hand drum stick. It makes a much louder and cleaner sound than hitting it with knuckles.

The two I made were done in ABS plastic, not sure how it will perform in other materials.

To play it, hold in one hand as show in the photo, rap it with the knuckles of the other hand. It makes the best sound if you hit it at the opposite edge from where you are holding it. Or use the drumstick and hit it in the center.
