The Hangaroo is a simple 3d-printed pouch meant to hang on the back of a laptop screen and support a portable hard drive.

Fits most portable hard drives and provides holes in the base to pass a USB cable through, saves desk space in cramped situations or in places where there are already too many things on your desk.
