i used 3mm hardboard to create an encolsure for my ender 3 pro.
hardboard measurements are:
2x 580 x 460 Front And Back
2x 580 x 480 Left And Right Sides
2x 460 x 480 Top And Bottom
I bought the hardboard from B&Q and got them to cut it for me (£14 all in)
You will also need some M3x10mm Machine screws which i also got from B&Q but much cheaper in screwfix or ebay etc.
You will need 16 or these in total. Each one take roughly 1h10m.
No Supports necessary. 20% infill.
