I wanted a way to store all of my screws, nuts, washers, and other hardware I use for my soldering projects. There is no end to the organizers people have made for this purpose, but for most of them you need to take the hardware out of its original packaging. However, the original packaging usually has the pieces already organized in separate compartments of the plastic packaging. As I purchased more parts, the plastic packaging started to stack up and when I wanted the third package down in the stack I had to remove the first two and everything would shift.
