HDZero 1W VTx Mount for Moxy Frame

Mount for the HDZero 1W VTx for the Rotor Riot BubbyFPV Moxy frame.

v2: updated to ensure it is one piece, and reinforce
v3: redesigned from scratch. Other versions don't fit exactly right. Simplified design.
v4: slight improvements to ensure that the cable can be plugged in and protected on the side where it hangs out.
v5: carved out area for protrusion on vtx where antenna connects.
v6: cutouts for 20x20 on bottom so you can mount things under frame using 20x20 holes. In addition, created channel to hold power cable for vtx to keep it protected better.
