Helichopter

Created in Fusion 360 for the Loyal Moses 2024 Christmas Community Print Drive. This toy seeks to mimic the wooden toys of old. This toy prints in two parts with no support nor rafts necessary. Simply snap the blades onto the rotor after printing and get to spinning! FIRST STEP - TOLERANCE TESTING: You should test your tolerances before printing full size models. I've included the following files for testing:helichopter_blades_test_40.stl - smaller blades disk for testing 40% sizehelichopter_rotor_test_40.stl - small section of the top of the toy for test fitting with blades abovehelichopter_blades_test_60.stl - smaller blades disk for testing 60% sizehelichopter_rotor_test_60.stl - small section of the top of the toy for test fitting with blades abovePrint off each of the (two) parts for the size model you plan to print.
