Leviathan, Lord of the The Labyrinth, is the God of Flesh, Hunger, and Desire. Creator of the Cenobites and all beings in his dimension serve its will absolutely, willingly or otherwise.
In the movie, the Lament Configuration puzzle box could be reworked into this shape. Solving the box back into it's cube form would weaken leviathan and cause a loss of power, allowing souls to escape.
Based primarily on the NECA toy version.
