How to print:
All items are printed with 15% infill (the more the better), and the knobs are printed flat face down, the speakers big hole down (89° support) and the knobs flat. You'll need two speakers, one subwoofer, 5 buttons and one of each knob type.
Materials you'll need:
You'll need an amplifier PCB with the screw holes set 74x119mm apart. And a power supply for that, I guess. You'll also need cables and a 3020-equivalent speaker driver and a standard subwoofer driver.
You'll need 4x m3x16mm, 4x self-tapping 8mm min screws, 7x 300x(12-20)mm wooden dowel.
You'll figure out how to build it - things only fit one way. You'll need to use a knife or a lathe for bringing the top 10mm of the dowel down to 10mm⌀.
I do this for a living, so any support, whether buying the electronics from me, feedback on how to make it better, becoming a member of Picopter or what not - I'd be eternally grateful!
