Heltec T114 solar node

a remix of carletto's awesome design. I got a great deal on a 3w 5v usb solar panel on amazon that's already complete so this version eliminates the pole mount, has an indent for the the bump out on the solar panel, and adjusting the drain hole so it can also act as the hole to feed the cord from the panel in.

I glued it to the back of the solar panel with two part epoxy.
