During the Great Hunt, some apprentices managed to escape and settle in far-off kingdoms. One kingdom in particular had developed a strange vision of what was beyond death.
These apprentices, free from the restrictions and taboos of their homeland, developed a new arcane art that allowed them to dominate beings who were no longer on this world. Over the years, they received the name of Necromancers, masters in the art of death; these sorcerers embraced the afterlife and mixed it with their science.
What purpose can motivate one of these individuals to enter the Dark Wizard's castle? There are those who theorize that, like moths to fire, the miasma of the deceased attracts them...
