Simple hexagonal spacers of various length. The outer diameter is 6 mm, the screw hole has a diameter of 2 mm so you can use self-cutting screws or a thread cutter to cut a M3 thread. If you don't have a cutter you can either make one from a M3 screw or drill a slightly bigger hole and use a regular M3 screw to cut on it's own.
