Print at the hottest recommended for your filament.
100% infill. NOTE the centre hole is necked down for the metal CNC version to be tapped.
In PLA, drill the centre hole out to 6.6mm to give clearance for the long screw.
Note the original part has an embedded nut. This is not necessary.
I can supply the STP file if you want to CNC the part in aluminium, brass or a tough plastic.
