Inspired by CHEP's video on hole calibration, I designed a similar part with a variety of sizes (20mm, 15mm, 10mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm) you can use to check your slicer settings given your printer and material.
Print this part, check for dimensional accuracy. It should be 90mm x 32mm. If you're using a material such as ABS that shrinks a bit, you'll want to dial this in first. Once that's measuring correctly, check the differences in hole sizes from expected, and take an average. Adjust your slicer (e.g. Cura) to account for half that difference (e.x. 20mm hole is 19.5mm, change horizontal hole expansion to .25mm). Reprint the part and verify that the holes are printing as expected.
The part has a chamfer on the bottom to make it easier to get off your print bed
