I needed to clean up the ethernet cables in the server rack at work and ran across HellRzR 's velcro cable organizer.

The standoffs were not long enough for my needs so I reworked it in OpenScad so I could customize it to fit my needs. Then I started finding more uses for them, the one with no standoff is useful for cable management on the telco backer board. Then ran across a need to manage cables under a metal table and the holeless version which is attached using double sided sticky tape was born. I then started using at home for managing tubing on my fish tanks stand, running cables under desk, behind dressers, etc.
The uploaded STLs, are based on the bulk Harbor Freight hook and loop width of 20mm, however since the included OpenScad file is customizable using the customizer it can be adjusted, almost everything is customizable.
