Hose Bib Insulating Cap Pull Cord

As we're expecting an unusual freeze at home my sweet, beloved wife pulled way too hard putting on a hose bib cover and broke the rubber retainer cord, rendering it useless. I drew up a pretty close replacement for it and shot a few out in TPU. Great replacement when the actual cover is still perfectly serviceable and the stores are all sold out.

STEP and tuned profile available over on [Makerworld](https://makerworld.com/en/@RevHazlett). Otherwise it prints fine with 0.2mm layers and standard line dimensions for a 0.4mm nozzle. Remember TPU like to print slow and usually requires a release agent (glue stick) for many build plate types!
