Replacement Hose Bib Cover Pull Cord

As we're expecting an unusual freeze at home my sweet, beloved wife pulled too hard putting on a hose bib cover and broke the rubber retainer cord, rendering it useless. I drew up a pretty close replacement for it and shot a few out in TPU. Great replacement when the actual cover is still perfectly serviceable and the stores are all sold out.
