Hotend assembly

Well there are hundreds project to change the hotend assy. Many are beautiful, not all meet my requirement:
>lightweight
>rail mounting
>noise reduction

reducing weight is a must to increase speed and quality as rail mounting, that also remove wheels.

To reduce noise the idea is to use different fan with "speed control"

After many different 3d models, I choose this one as starting point. this is just a test not jet installed as I need to modify cables using some connectors.

I decide to publish trying to collects some comments.
