My simple and efficient design of a cooling duct for a common hotend with a 40X40 mm fan.
My Prusa i3 cheap clone had only a fan to cool the hotend, but was not very good and had limited my printing temperature to 200C, now with my v1.1 design, i can print easy at 230C.
The best material to make the fan duct is ABS but for the moment i had only PLA and it works very good.
