Bought a copy of CC-Debugger (see http://www.ti.com/tool/cc-debugger) online which came without housing. All dimensions for Debugger's PCB were taken from TI's website (i.e. from Gerber files at http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrr105).
Cap must be rotated 180 degree for printing and does not snap-in right now.
