Hypercube Evolution 40mm Fan E3Dv6 Mount

I have modified the following:
1.) Added mount for 40x40mm fan. I currently am using a 40x40x28mm fan.
2.) Modified the BLTouch Mount to allow the wires to be run up through the center.
3.) Added zip-tie slots for wire management.
4.) Added support boss to attache the wiring harness to.
5.) Modified the endstop mounts to allow the connector to fit through mount.
6.) Moves most of the threaded brass inserts so they are in compression rather than tension. This will prevent the inserts from being pulled out for some reason. The only inserts that are in tension are the ones for the 40x40mm fan.
