Hypercube Evolution z axis adjustable optical endstop

This z-axis optical endstop mount and adjuster was designed for the Hypercube Evolution (3030 aluminum profile) to adjust the bed height homing position. The design is compact and can be incorporated easily.

Two M5x10mm hex bolts w/ hammer nuts are required to mount the adjustment housing and optical endstop mount. There is a M3x25mm hex bolt and brass insert used to secure the sensor flag. For easier movement, passing a 3mm tap through the flag is reccommended. In addition, a drop of thread locking compound was used in the brass insert to lock the M3 bolt to the brass insert, thus allowing for the brass insert to spin without tightening.
