I am builidng a 300x300x400 Hypercube Evolution, and found that I could not print the original from wsolstice69 because my bed would not let me print a long enough alignment tool to allow a 122.5mm spacing. I got around this problem by making an alignment tool that sets the alignment for the leadscrew and one rod only. To do this, I re-did the OpenSCAD file,
You can now specify not only the three main sizes (8,10, 12), but also the leadscrew to rod spacing.

As well, I think it's a little easier to modify, should you need to change something.

You will need to download the OpenSCAD MCAD libraries, if you don't already have them, as it uses MCAD/boxes.scad to provide the roundedbox function.
