Ice Scraper replacement

This is a replacement ice scraper for the KUNGS 4568 Mid-Is handle but can be used on its own, or with the [Universal Handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4814808).

All three sides can be used for scraping, one of the sides has teeth for breaking thicker ice.

On one of the edges there's a cut for clearing ice or snow off of the screen wipers, just like the original had.
