An iceberg is a large piece of freshwater ice that has broken off a glacier or an ice shelf. Up to 90% of an iceberg can be hidden underwater, and they greatly vary in shape and size. Due to this, sailing through the Arctic and Antarctic waters is extremely dangerous.
