IDC Punchdown Tool (pluggable)

This is a remix of Selmos IDC Punchdown tool (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1013090).

I modified it to make the blades "pluggable", i.e. they can be exchanged. Requires some force to push them in and out of the handle, though. Also, I separated the print files for the 0.100 and 0.156 blades. Print in something hard (I used PLA).
