IDE2CF for StarTech Adapter

This is a remix of rfinnie's IDE2SD adapter (which in itself is a remix of tomtetom04's IDE2SD adapter). Personally I use Compact Flash cards on my retro PCs, so I redesigned the IDE2SD to better fit the board. This is made to work with the Startech IDE2CF adapter. The part will sit in a 3.5 drive bay.

From the original design, I removed the rear screw mounts (as the startech board does not have the holes there) and added a support to the rear so that it won't break over time as cards are added/removed. I also added a few more screw holes to each side, as the original screw holes did not line up with my case properly. This should allow it to mount in a wider range of PC cases. Hopefully more people will get use from this design.
