IKEA Pals replacement insert

I've had these dog tail hooks from IKEA for ten or so years, but every move i appear to break those plastic insert thingies.

The design is obviously a bit different from the original, my aim was to print it without supports. It sits a bit further back, but you can compensate by leaving the screw to stick out a bit further.

i've not hung anything off them yet, but will let you know once i've put one up.
