This is a more practical remodel of this prototype: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3985997
This model is toddler tested and approved, and the tilt angle is adjustable.
The size, unscaled is appropriate for a 2 year old, and holds a 6" drum. The DwH and H parts are threaded - everything else is not, to make it more easily scalable. Since DwH and it's matching setscrew are both printable, and the threads on H are not crucial, the entire model can be scaled to any size your printer can hold.
Parts A and O can be printed in flexible material, like Ninjaflex or Cheetah or TPU or TPE. If you don't have those, PLA will still work; it's just not as grippy.
The rest of the parts should be printed in something rigid, like PLA, PET, or ABS.
You'll also need some M2 screws or bolts and an M6 to hold the tilt mechanism (H and K) steady.
I recommend using Part DwH (D with hole) instead of part D.
Print the following (if there are threads, make sure they are pointing upward
