Index controller cable shim

This is a shim for the usb-c cables which came with the Valve Index controllers to set them at the right height and tighten it up so that they can be easily plugged and unplugged from the dock. After cleaning up the print, I could slide the charging cable into the slot and it was held very tightly. I applied some hot melt glue to the slot and the bottom of the shim and slid it into the dock. I also glued the loose end of the cables into the base so they could not lift out when the controllers are undocked.
